Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of payment or confirmation of order (if you are paying by off-line means like cheque or cash). Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). You can check the status of your order anytime by visiting our ORDER STATUS PAGE. We ship by local courier and Speedpost (by Singapore Post). Generally, you should receive your order within 2 days of payment or order confirmation. In the unlikely event that delays occur due to errors on the part of the postal service, Beauty Direct shall not be help responsible.

For all deliveries within Singapore, your goods will be shipped via local courier. We take extreme care to pack goods securely before shipping them.

Please Note: We are not responsible for any LOSS/DELAYS caused by the courier. The courier does not guarantee the delivery date of your package. Insurance is optional but it is highly recommended. You will be given a choice to insure your order during checkout by marking the add insurance box (an insurance charge of S$3.00 will be added to your shipping fee automatically).
