Beauty Direct is committed to offering products of the highest quality. If, for any reason, you are less than satisfied with your purchase, we would be glad to offer a full refund for any un-opened and un-used products purchased from us. Requests for Returns and Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Returns and Exchanges due to our mistake
If you received goods that are incorrect or damaged due to due to our mistake, we will gladly give you a full refund (including shipping costs) and will need to trouble you to return the incorrect or damaged goods to us (we will reimburse you the shipping costs to do so). If you prefer to do an exchange instead, we will send you the correct goods immediately (provided they are in stock, if not, then as soon as possible). We will still need you to ship the incorrect or damaged goods (in un-opened and un-used condition) to us and will reimburse your shipping costs to do so.

Other Returns
We accept returns for any un-opened and un-used goods and will give you a full refund (less any shipping or handling charges) immediately upon receipt of the goods.

Other Exchanges
For Exchanges not due to our mistake, we will need to charge a S$15 administration fee and shipping charges.

Returns and Exchange Procedures:

1. Email us on your request.
2. Pack and seal the goods you intend to return or exchange in the original packaging if possible. Please remember to include the Returns and Exchange Form.
